  This place is absolutely shambolic, I booked a table on Saturday for Sunday night for my 17th wedding anniversary over the phone, when we turned up for our special night the place was closed, no notice on the door and no reply from my answer phone message I left. We was very disappointed and ended up at a place near by but didn't enjoy the meal, good job we still enjoy each others company, it is an absolute no in recommending this place to anyone.

  We booked a table for 6 people and on arrival were greeted by a manager who looked annoyed by our very presence. We were sat upstairs (even though there was a table available downstairs), completely alone, where it was freezing. We asked if the heating could be turned up and our waitress kicked an electric heater across the floor. We were handed scrappy printed pieces of paper by way of menus, which we could barely read as several lights were not working. We were asked what drinks we wanted after about a minute - we had only one drinks menu and so we had not all had time to even look at it. Our drinks took far too long to arrive and we were asked if we wanted more of them far too often. The tapas was passable at best. We had also ordered paella and though we were warned it would take an hour to arrive, it actually took 2. Whilst we were waiting for this, the power went out. We were left in the dark and cold for around 30 minutes, with no apology or explanation forthcoming from the staff - apart from the manager/owner, who shone his phone torch directly in our eyes and asked if everything was alright(!) We finally received our paella, in which the rice was undercooked and the fish and chicken overcooked - I really don't understand how they even managed that. It was inedible. We finally gave up and asked for the bill and were astonished to see that they had had the sheer audacity to charge us full price. We asked to see a manager and when one appeared he greeted us with "What's wrong with the bill?" We tried to explain why we were unhappy, only to be cut off by him saying he would see if he could do something about it. He came back with the bill minus the paella and at this point we just wanted to get out so we paid and left. Absolutely terrible experience overall.

  My partner & I went in yesterday & had an amazing time. The staff are very friendly & the food is lovely. I will definitely be going back.
